Each time the website is accessed, temporary data that may allow identification is stored. The following data is collected:

- Status of the request (successful or not)
- Amount of data transferred

Temporary storage of this data is necessary for the proper functioning of the website. Additional storage in log files occurs to ensure the functionality and security of the website and IT systems. These purposes also constitute our legitimate interest in processing the data.

The website is hosted by all-inkl.com. The host receives the above data as a processor.
d. How long is the data stored?
Data is deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. For website provision, this is when the session ends. Log files are stored for a maximum of 24 hours in a manner accessible only to administrators. After that, they are only indirectly accessible via backup reconstruction and are permanently deleted after a maximum of four weeks.

g. Right to data portability

The collection of data for website provision and the storage of log files are strictly necessary for the operation of the website. They are therefore not based on consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR or a contract under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, but are justified under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Therefore, the conditions of Art. 20(1) GDPR are not met.
